Seeking a Process Consultant with a passion for EDI solutions in retail!

Are you ready to take on new challenges and work with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions for a leading retailer with a vast supplier network? If so, we want you on our team as a Process Consultant in our IT Supplier Data Collaboration team!

At our company, we're all about pushing the envelope and using IT to enable and improve retail processes. We're looking for a Process Consultant who's excited about the prospect of working with EDI solutions and driving initiatives to optimize supply chain processes.

As a Process Consultant, you'll be part of our dynamic and informal IT organization, where you'll have the opportunity to:

• Support and strengthen business processes and ensuring a stable collaboration with our commercial departments and external partners/ suppliers.
• Onboarding of more than 150 new suppliers yearly.
• Develop and optimize business solutions with a focus on Electronic Data Interchange.
• A dynamic and informal working environment characterized by a strong professional commitment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with our IT Supplier Data Collaboration team to onboard new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing partners/suppliers.
• Ensuring a strong support setup towards existing suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain process.
• Take part in driving initiative/improvements to obtain effective and efficient supply chain processes.
• Providing expert advice and technical support on all aspects of the Electronic Data Interchange process.
• Overseeing the setup and maintenance of data connections with our partners/suppliers.
• The team is responsible for the onboarding and collaboration with existing partners/suppliers.

You'll be joining a small team of two, where collaboration and communication are key. We're looking for someone with:

• A structured approach to tasks and a keen eye for detail and quality.
• A capacity to learn and develop, with a business-oriented mindset.

You are service-minded and capable of adapting to the suppliers perspective. Your are a strong communicator and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, both in a technical and business context is highly important, as our stakeholders are diverse. Besides of that you are fluent in English - both written and oral.
