Account Manager Assistant, Saxo Institutional Service
Saxo Bank A/S
Copenhagen, Denmark
The Institutional Service team in Copenhagen looks for a new colleague to work on and own a high-focus project, which provides the perfect opportunity to enter the Institutional business in a growing global organisation.
As a result of our ODD (KYC) project, some of our partners are being offboarded, due to their contracts being terminated. We are looking for a hands-on Junior Account Manager/fresh graduate to help us coordinating those terminations as soon as possible.
This role is project oriented for the first year with the plan to take on and servicing your own set of clients and growing partnerships afterwards.
What will you do:
- own the termination project end to end
- refine the pre-existing process and execute at scale
- coordinate and monitor the communication with partners to ensure their termination process is on track and remind partners to take necessary action in timely manner.
- collaborate with various operational departments to make the experience for partners as smooth as possible.
- interact with our back office teams and clients in case of any issues.
- spot any potential problems proactively and escalate them, if necessary.
- update internal stakeholder and keep track of the progress
What's in for you:
Being a part in this project (which receives the highest attention, including senior management) might provide you a jumpstart in the institutional business.
You will gain direct and immediate exposure to all stakeholders across the institutional area, including decision makers.
You will work closely together with peers and you will get the chance to communicate with clients - you will not only do background tasks!
Furthermore, this is a good way to get to know different departments that the institutional business operates with and you will be a part of the team that services and works with the biggest partners of the bank.
The long term plan is to support the institutional service team with day to day tasks (not project related) and learn "on the job" what it's like to work closely with the biggest partners of the bank, with ultimately being assigned your own set of clients after completion of the project.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who is highly organized and well-structured, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be reliable, diligent, and a quick learner. Being a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative is also essential.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.
