Cadeler is a global partner in the offshore wind industry, specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance. We are part of an industry that is now, more than ever, both relevant and in high demand. As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for a Communications Partner to help ensure the Cadeler Brand and positioning across all markets.

What will you do?
As our new Communications Partner, you will lead internal and external communications activities, develop content for global social media channels, and act as a trusted communications partner for the company.

Your main tasks include:

• Responsible for branding campaigns and strategic communications positioning across all channels and markets.
• Create a yearly wheel for social media and external communications activities.
• Lead media and press contact.
• Contribute to Cadelers' annual report.
• Write, edit, and publish news articles to nurture and inform our audiences (internal/external)
• Write content for marketing automation flows in connection with events, exhibitions, and newsletters/ABM initiatives.

We think you will be a good match if you:

• A bachelor’s degree in communication or equivalent
• 3+ years' experience with corporate communications in a similar role
• Experience from public listed international company
• Specialist in the Microsoft Office Package
• Fluent in written and oral English
