The Role
As a Test Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing all testing activities related to the implementation of our new SaaS solution. Working closely with both our internal teams and our software supplier, you will ensure that the solution is integrated seamlessly into our system landscape. You will be responsible for establishing and managing the testing strategy to secure a successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans together with the software vendor, for the entire transformation process.
- Coordinate and lead testing efforts across multiple teams, including functional and non-functional testing.
- Ensure all test activities adhere to quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with software suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
- Identify, report, and follow up on defects, ensuring effective resolution.
What We Look For
- Proven experience as a Test Manager, preferably within large system implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes (ISTQB certification is a plus).
- A structured, detail-oriented problem solver with excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across both technical and business teams.
- Experience with SaaS solutions and system integrations is an advantage.
