As we are expanding our B2B team, we are looking for an experienced Partner Development Manager to spearhead our partner-led growth in the Nordics.

The role
As our new Partner Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our B2B partnership landscape. You will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing a successful partnership strategy across the Nordics and your work will contribute directly to our strategic goals, facilitating growth and enhancing customer value.
You will develop our business by driving new innovative ways to manage and grow our existing partnerships, negotiating new ones in close collaboration with our commercial and product team, and coordinating go-to-market strategies across the Nordics with internal and external commercial organisations.
This role offers a unique blend of strategy, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration, and as it is a brand new position in ProMark, you will play an instrumental role in driving and implementing our partnership strategy which will act as a blueprint to scale within the business!
Key responsibilities
- Own the negotiation and relationship management for partnerships across the HCM industry
- Serve as partner go-to-market lead, driving strategy and execution for B2B partnerships
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in rolling out partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment with our commercial objectives
- Act as commercial point of contact, both internally and externally, fostering strong, productive relationships
- Utilise market insights and customer feedback to develop and refine our partnership strategy.
What will you bring
- Proven experience in partnership collaboration with large multinational companies such as Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, and preferably experience with partnership collaboration across the HCM industry
- Proven experience in partnerships and go-to-market strategies, ideally within the Nordics
- A passion for technology and innovation, coupled with strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations
- Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in other Nordic languages is highly advantageous

Our headoffice is in Denmark, and in addition we have branches in Sweden, Norway, UK and Romania. Every year we gather all employees across countries for one or two social events, and in addition, we also prioritise regular local and department/team events.
