Pragmatic Marketing Lead

Drive the successful implementation of the Pragmatic Marketing Framework across Stibo Systems, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, and sales teams. This role focuses on training, process evaluation and integration, and re-engineering workflows to support a collaborate GTM process.
What You Deliver:
- Lead the integration of the Pragmatic Marketing Framework across teams to ensure a market-driven approach to product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and maintain an action plan to incorporate pragmatic principles into key processes, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and sales functions.
- Train teams on core aspects of the Pragmatic Framework, empowering them to apply it effectively in their roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project governance structures, process improvements, and training plans that drive adoption of the framework.
- Champion best practices, scalability, and continuous improvement efforts to refine marketing, product, and sales strategies.
- Deliver training programs tailored to product marketing and sales teams, integrating core principles of the Pragmatic Marketing Framework.
Key Competencies:
- Strong expertise in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework and its application within marketing, product, and sales processes.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, with a focus on product marketing strategies and execution.
- Ability to lead process improvement efforts aligned with marketing and product goals.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and understanding of product development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive creative solutions to overcome challenges in product marketing execution.
- Expertise in change management and advocacy for framework adoption across the organization.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related field.
- Pragmatic Marketing Certification (PMC or PMM) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile project management and governance practices.
- Experience with cross-functional team management and alignment between product, marketing, and sales functions.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience supporting software sales and go-to-market initiatives.
