About the role:
Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences? In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing a new, innovative learning platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience with our cloud-based Cornerstone system. What you will do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources according to standard templates.
• Implement and configure the Cornerstone cloud-based learning management system (LMS).
• Support the development and rollout of a new learning platform, enhancing user experience.
• Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals.
• Ensure data security and compliance, particularly regarding external user access.
• Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to a proposed solution.
• Support implementation of to-be processes, including training delivery.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Cornerstone.
• Proficient in using and configuring cloud-based learning management systems (LMS) and Learning eXperience Platforms (LXP).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to find solutions, data-oriented, and focused on teamwork.
• Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
