Team Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual who can help accelerate our growth, manage people, and make sure our customers feel at ease as we deliver Application Management Services (AMS) and digital transformation.

You will be working from our new headquarters in Copenhagen, in our Application Transformation area within Custom Application Development where you will be delivery responsible to some of our public customers and heading a team currently of 12 IT specialists who will be relying on your guidance, support, and commercial skills.

You will acquire close relations to our customers to cater for their current and future needs and by doing so you will coach your team and scale as required. You will participate in tenders to strengthen the future growth within the area, and you will ensure that your team will thrive and be empowered to deliver remarkable results.

Your responsibilities:

• Delivery Management (pro-activity, project delivery, customer satisfaction)
• Project Management (tools and processes, meeting minutes, monthly reports, invoicing)
• People Management (recruiting, retention, guiding, goal setting)
• Building and maintaining customer relations
• Commercial activities (sales activities and tenders)
• Business Management (governance, profit and loss accountability, contract fulfilment)

Your qualifications:

• Experience with People Management
• Experience from Delivery- or Project Management within IT
• A consulting and custom centric mindset
• Hands-on experience with writing tenders and handling public AMS contracts
• Experience with or from the Danish public sector
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Danish and English

Your background
You preferably have a background within Project Management, Application Management or Delivery Management. You have some experience with People Management, and you are eager to take on more responsibility and to further develop your career as a Manager within the IT consultancy business.
