The Position
As an Associate Manager, you will lead a group of 8-10 experienced Supplier and Material primary pack responsible QA Professionals dedicated to ensuring the quality of all sourced material going into Novo Nordisk marketed products worldwide.

Your role involves optimizing processes, fostering employee development, and maintaining a high-quality mindset for your team.

Your main responsibilities include:

· Leading and ensuring smooth daily operations

· Coaching and motivating employees to work smarter

· Collaborating closely with various departments and stakeholders, including quality control, regulatory affairs, purchasing/logistics, and suppliers.

You will be working closely with quality control, regulatory affairs, purchasing/logistics, warehouse, consuming departments, and suppliers. The tasks are diverse as we have a lot of exciting projects in Novo Nordisk. This gives us a variety of challenges, and strong collaboration with all stakeholders is an essential key to success. In a dynamic and challenging environment with short deadlines, you can make clear prioritizations and take responsibility for customer requirements in many situations, in-cluding those where the solution is not obvious.

You will join the experienced management group and will report to a Senior Manager.

Qualifications
To succeed as an Associate Manager, you have:

- minimum 2 years of leadership experience

- and preferably 3+ years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated industry and have a strong quality mindset.

As a person, you have great interpersonal skills complemented by an interest in people management and aspirations to become a great leader.

It is considered an advantage to have:

· Lean experience

· Mentoring and training skills

· Quality assurance experience

You are known for your positive mindset, flexibility, and persistence. You thrive working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, where you utilize good business un-derstanding with a strong stakeholder approach.

About the department
The department is responsible for Quality Assurance of Raw Materials and Packaging Ma-terials going into all of Novo Nordisk A/S marketed products worldwide. We are responsible for Quality Assurance of our suppliers who are located across the globe. A combination of ensuring a high standard of incoming materials and involvement in investigations into quality issues by the use of LEAN tools is part of our daily work. In total, we are 80 dedicated employees divided into 5 teams working closely together. We collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and all over the world.
