Then apply for this exiting position as IT System Administrator to join our team at the Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Clinical Supplies Facility in site Måløv.

The position
We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator to join our small but dynamic IT team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of system administration responsibilities and contribute to maintaining high standards of security and service.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Develop and maintain system documentation (e.g. Risk Assessment, Design, Configuration and Processes).
  • Ensurering configuration, user management and business continuity in terms of backup and recovery to minimize downtime
  • Ensurering compliance regarding server infrastructure, networking, patching, firewall, and cyber security.
  • Systematically maintain documentation, perform reviews, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Ensurering IT/OT systems comply with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect OT systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Life Cycle Assessment of systems regarding Vendor support, Recovery, Hardware, Software and OS support

Qualifications
You hold a degree from a higher education such as B.Sc. or M.Sc. within Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Furthermore you have acquired a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience with management of IT/OT solutions.

As an ideal candidate you have:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in managing Windows servers
  • Proficiency in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
  • Experience with IT/OT requirement settings, design and testing
  • A strong understanding of IT and OT systems, preferably SCADA and PLC.

Our work is performed according to cGMP, hence it is expected that you possess a systematic approach to your tasks and that you a able to plan and finalise your tasks. Furthermore, we emphasised the importance of your capabilities to ensure and initiate tasks, also when they are not being handed to you. As a person, you have a positive can-do attitude, you are solution-oriented and enjoys taking initiative and being proactive in your approach. Due to your communication and collaboration abilities, you are a trusted and well-liked collaborator among our stakeholders. You have a high energy level and the ability to spread enthusiasm and positive energy to those around you. You are fluent in oral and written English - prefeable also in Danish.

About the department
The CMC Clinical Supplies Packaging & Shipping (CSPS) department is located in Måløv and consists of 110 employees divided into six teams. Our goal is to ensure the timely supply of clinical studies to patients worldwide. We are responsible for packaging and distributing products for clinical studies and work closely with the rest of the Clinical Supply Chain at CMC. We continuously strive to optimize our processes, reduce lead time, and efficiently use resources using various LEAN tools.
