Connecter between functional needs and technology
In Pandora, we have embarked on a journey to transform the fulfillment ecosystem, enabled by a cutting-edge warehouse management system/product, Reflex. As a Product Manager, Global Fulfilment, you will join the Global Fulfilment & Delivery Transformation team in Global Operations which consists of six masterful, fun, and caring colleagues. You will be the voice of our internal customers in the distribution centers, responsible to translate their needs into a product vision, roadmap, objectives, key results and corresponding team backlog in order to deliver a warehouse management product with organisation-wide business impact. You will constantly prioritize the backlog to optimize for overall Pandora benefit realization while managing inter-dependencies and risks.

You will work closely with colleagues from Pandora’s distribution centers around the globe to understand their needs, shape future-proof warehouse management capabilities and standardized ways of working. You will lead on daily basis a bigger agile product team, consisting of engineers, functional consultants, subject-matter experts, ensuring focus on the right priorities to deliver maximum value. The agile product team sits within the Omni Operations Product Line consisting of two other product teams. You will hereby be working side by side with your fellow Product Managers, Architects, Change, Test, and Release Management, owning the full cycle of releasing warehouse management system capabilities into production. Key accountabilities include:

  • Own the vision and roadmap for the warehouse management product, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze OKRs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Align and communicate product roadmap and priorities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with distribution center teams to identify and map customer needs, pain points, and opportunities through interviews, journey mapping, and workshops, ensuring alignment with the product vision.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value realization, balancing short-term gains with long-term objectives.
  • Lead the agile product team to deliver customer-focused outcomes, ensuring product development aligns with objectives and meets quality standards.
  • Support business case development for strategic initiatives, foster best practices, and drive improvements in global processes and capabilities across the Omni Operations product line.

Effective decision-making and focus on delivery
To succeed as a Product Manager, Global Fulfillment, we expect you to have a minimum of 6+ years' experience in product management. You have successfully developed and delivered product strategies, guiding them from vision to launch and optimization. You excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and thrive on managing change, particularly in digital transformations. You possess strong analytical skills, the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives, and a deep understanding of the software life cycle. Your strong communication and leadership skills allow you to empower cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. Additionally, we anticipate you have or can demonstrate:

  • Experience with tech roadmaps and system design
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks and methodologies
  • Proven ability to foster deep customer empathy and inspire this within your team
  • Skill in leading and empowering large teams in a complex, global environment
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, without direct authority
  • Strong adaptability, embracing and navigating change while maintaining a clear focus on product impact
