About the Position
As the new Treasury Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and optimising the company’s liquidity and cash flow processes. Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will be responsible for overseeing cash management, working closely with our financing and corporate finance teams. This position is ideal for a proactive and experienced finance professional looking to take on a high-impact role in a fast-growing company.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Liquidity Management incl. corporation with development, construction and accounting teams
- Cash flow reporting to management
- Optimization of group cash Collection and position
- Covenants reporting
- Key contact with bank and financing partners
- Facility optimizations
- Cash distribution overviews and agreements
- FX deals
- Fixed Term Deposits
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience in Treasury, including cash management, budgeting, loan compliance, and a solid understanding of professional processes. A master’s degree in a finance-related field, such as cand.merc.aud. or cand.merc.fir., is preferred. A relevant background from a financing institution or bank is an alternative.
In this role, proficiency in English is required, along with strong IT skills in the Office suite and familiarity with ERP systems.
