  • Support HR administration tasks when needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Danish employment and labor law.
  • Experience working with unions and navigating industry regulations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating HR staff handbooks as well as global and local policies and guidelines.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • Formal education for example a bachelor’s or master's degree in law from a university or business school.

Why Join Us?
