Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Technolution
We are building our capabilities in the Manufacturing team and therefore we are looking for Manufacturing Engineers to assist our clients with manufacturing support and strengthening the area in our own organization.
Your role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality standards. As the link between R&D and production, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems and processes that enhance production flow, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes for high-volume production.
- Analyze production workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop process documentation and work instructions for clients, suppliers, and CMOs.
- Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to solve production issues.
- Manage the introduction of new products into production, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Be a key technical resource in design transfer, qualification, and validation activities.
- Manage contact to suppliers and stakeholders.
As a consultant, you will work on diverse projects ranging from start-ups to industry leaders, some days from the office in Hørsholm, some days onsite at the clients and some days remote. And by the way: being a consultant at Technolution is not the equivalent of being a lone wolf. You will always be part of a team; at the clients or at Technolution.
Your qualifications
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related field).
- Solid experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Good knowledge of Six Sigma and process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Experience within GMP and regulatory environments.
- Experience with equipment qualification and process validation.
- Knowledge of automation and high-volume production is a plus.
- Knowledge of injection molding is a plus.
