For our Technical configuration and Data Management team within the Equipment Management department, we are looking for a New Product Implementation Manager to join our team in Vejle.
How to contribute to our vision
As a New Product Implementation Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of new Equipment and Tools into the Order Management processes. This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency, providing process transparency, and coordinating with stakeholders to prevent delays and disruptions. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining processes, managing timelines, and ensuring that all activities related to new products are completed on schedule.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and defining processes and instructions for the integration of new products into the Order Management workflow
- Ensuring transparency and communication among all stakeholders throughout the product implementation process
- Following up on deliverables from stakeholders and developing mitigation plans when necessary
- Acting as a central coordinator for timelines, milestones, and ensuring that deadlines are met
- Communicating mitigation plans to all relevant stakeholders and ensuring adherence to timelines
- Informing stakeholders on the delivery of new products, particularly when original demand dates cannot be met
- Ensuring all activities from Z0 to Z4 in the new product flow are performed according to the agreed timeline
- Keeping the Order Management team informed of all new incoming products
What you need to make a difference
Besides a passion for renewable energy and a desire to lead the change, we are also looking for:
A motivated team player who is self-driven, structured, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. You should have the ability to work across different teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of new products. You thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable managing deadlines and project milestones.
Additionally, we would like you to have:
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Basic project management skills with the ability to develop timelines and follow up on deliverables
- Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate effectively across different teams
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP for managing timelines and product-related tasks is an advantage
- Proficiency in O365 tools, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
