We seek a Senior Tax Manager to lead tax compliance, accounting for income tax, and tax planning at a time of exciting growth. This key role offers the chance to shape tax strategies within an expanding company, driving both performance and risk management.

Your Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance:
- Prepare quarterly and year-end tax provisions, including drafting the relevant tax notes for the Group’s annual statements.
- Provide support with various internal and external audits
- Contribute to continuous automation efforts for corporate income tax and transfer pricing.
- Create and maintain relevant documents, including transfer pricing documentation, policies, and intercompany flows.
Tax Advisory and Planning:
- Participate in identifying tax-efficient strategies for ongoing and proposed operational, structural, and legislative changes that impact the Group.
- Assist with the development and implementation of tax-efficient structures and due diligence for international acquisitions, divestments, and reorganizations.
- Review and negotiate the tax-related clauses in Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs), ensuring favorable terms for the Group companies while mitigating risks.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams, such as finance, corporate finance, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination on tax matters.
- Undertake project work and provide ad-hoc support on all tax matters to the business.
As Nordic Solar’s new Senior Tax Manager, you will join Tax team which is part of Group Finance & IT, consisting of two members, and report directly to the Head of Tax, Rute Isabel Jesus.
What we are looking for
You hold a master’s degree in a tax or audit-related field and bring a minimum of 5 years of corporate income tax experience, including 2-3 years of expertise in the Danish tax area. With your strong background in navigating complex tax environments, you are ready to apply your knowledge and drive impact in a dynamic, growing company like Nordic Solar.
