Your role as P&O Specialist
You will work in our office in Krakow, Poland in collaboration with the Spanish P&O Team located in Madrid, Spain. While working in this role, you will be involved in local and international projects, including the global initiatives. You will also support and maintain the data accuracy in our P&O systems, making sure that the payroll process can managed efficiently.
Fields of responsibility
- Be the go-to person for our Spanish employees and managers when it comes to our HR system, Workday. This includes partnering with our Workday team located in Krakow, when new set-ups or functionalities is implemented.
- Keep up to date all benefits administration across the employees in Spain, from on- to -off boarding.
- Be in charge of employee on-boarding paperwork and work/educational certificates ensuring we are compliant with local legislation (contracts, amendments, reference letters, certificates).
- Maintain HR systems up to date (absences, time management, compensation, travelling…) also providing data to prepare strategic dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate in the initial stages of the recruitment processes, such as posting vacancies and making phone calls screening, as well as supporting the next stages of recruitment scheduling.
- Coordinate the local posting on intranet as well as the external job boards with close cooperation with hiring managers.
- Monitor the HR inbox to classify and prioritize the emails.
- Assist on payment requests and invoices related to the Spanish People & Organization function.
- Support the HR projects for continuous improvement and the employee experience.
- Support the ad-hoc tasks in the People & Organization department.
Your qualifications
- Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar.
- 3 years of experience in HR Operations Specialist/HR Generalist in an international company.
- Proven track of knowledge of Spanish labor law.
- Ability to operate in HR systems (Workday, ADP) will be a strong asset.
- Knowledge of employee life cycle, from hire to retire.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office package, with very good command on Excel (pivot tables and V-lookup).
- Interest in working in modern, digital environments.
- High level of Spanish (C1+) and English (C1). Polish language will be an asset, but is not a must.
