Core Responsibilities
At your core, you’re a marketer and audience expert with an innovative mentality. You’ll be the go-to person for Passion Point projects, focusing on product and marketing development. With a keen ability to understand consumer and shopper needs, you excel at interpreting, translating, and synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative insights. To achieve this, you’ll collaborate closely with our Business Intelligence, Global Insights teams, and Media and Creative Agencies:

  • Global GTM and communication campaigns towards consumers and shoppers, from briefing to playbook and toolbox development as well as execution. This will include Owned, Earned, Shared, and Paid programs.
  • Will ensure great collaboration and alignments with our main global communication partners, including Our LEGO Agency, Regional Brand Leads, and LEGO Branded Channels among others.
  • Will work closely with Regions and Markets to help transitioning the global campaign to a local execution, guiding and helping our partners.
  • Ensure excellent cooperation with our IP partners through the full communication development process.
  • Will lead our LEGO identity for cross-franchise communication in all channels, ensuring coherence across the full portfolio and helping us engage with audiences through their passions.
  • You thrive when managing partners of different seniorities and can generate positive relationships and influence big matrix organizations with internal-external agendas.

Play your part in our team succeeding
You'll be joining our LEGO New Businesses team, where you'll take the lead in developing and driving audience-first GTM strategies. Reporting directly to the Head of Product for Passion Points, you’ll collaborate closely with the team every day, driving success and helping us bring innovative ideas to life.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in consumer products marketing ideally with kids/family products
  • Experience in developing and leading product campaigns, including agency management
  • Experience with IP partners
  • Effective relationship builder who can collaborate across functions and business units
  • Effective presentation and writing skills with the ability to convey a compelling and concise message, and to engage and encourage colleagues and senior management.

Please note: This is a permanent position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office).
