Working with software development in MFT, you will:
Develop applications, services, and using a combination of backend and frontend technologies that directly support our business and trading strategies. You’ll work with a diverse tech stack, including various data storage solutions, backend languages such as C#, and when applicable the most suitable frontend tools, all within a fully cloud-based Azure environment.

Collaborating closely with business and trading teams, you’ll ensure that your technical solutions are aligned with our goals and deliver the best results. From the initial concept to deployment, you will take ownership of projects, contributing to the full development lifecycle. All of this with a team that values continuous improvement and technical excellence, keeping up with evolving technologies and methodologies.

What we're looking for:
We are hiring across multiple experience levels. Whether you are an entry-level, mid-level, or senior-level developer, we have opportunities suited to your expertise.

Entry-Level Candidates:

• You have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• You have limited working experience (internships, student positions, or full-time roles).
• You’re excited about working in a cloud-based environment and learning new technologies.

Mid-Level Candidates:

• You have some years of professional experience in software development.
• You bring hands-on knowledge of backend languages like C#, cloud platforms like Azure, and database understanding.
• You are comfortable collaborating with teams and taking ownership of your work from start to finish.

Senior-Level Candidates:

• You have extensive experience in software development, ideally within complex and fast-paced industries.
• You possess deep expertise in cloud technologies, architecture design, and developing scalable systems.
• You are ready to mentor others, lead technical initiatives, and drive innovation across the team.

Technologies you might touch upon:

• Languages: C#, .NET, React, Python, Rust, MSSQL.
• Cloud: Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, Azure Containers.
• Tools: Azure DevOps Boards, Git, Rider, Visual Studio, and other purpose-suited tools.
