We are looking for a (Senior) Demand Manager Tools & Equipment to join our global Offshore Execution Equipment Management (EQM) team, to proactively manage delivery of tools & equipment to our global execution project portfolio.
The OF EXE EQM team is responsible for on time, on quality and on budget delivery of tools, transport and installation equipment to our global offshore execution project portfolio, internal blade and nacelle factories and our tower vendors.
How to contribute to our vision
As a (Senior) Demand Manager Tools & Equipment, you will have the strategic responsibility to ensure on time delivery of all required tools & equipment to our offshore execution projects, and thereby enable on-time project execution.
More specifically your key tasks will include – but are not limited – to:
- Pro-actively manage the delivery of tools & equipment to our offshore execution projects.
- Support the mid- to long-term demand planning of required tools & equipment procurement, balancing CAPEX optimization and on-time delivery.
- Continuously optimize the global tools & equipment workflow in close alignment with project order management, equipment supply management and equipment portfolio management.
- Act as the core interface towards offshore execution projects, continuously aligning on required deliveries and developing mitigation strategies for identified delivery risks.
- Ensure efficient tools & equipment management across the global offshore equipment framework.
What you need to make a difference
- We need motivated team player, self-driven, structured with excellent communication skills and very strong sense of ownership.
- You interact with stakeholders across all levels in the organization.
- You are motivated by providing top quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment.
- Preferably we would like you to have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any similar, relevant field of study.
- You should be curious, having a continuous learning mindset and strive to contribute to the organizations’ development.
- You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within your assignment.
- Furthermore, it is essential that you have analytical mind and can leverage your extensive knowledge of O365 (especially Excel) and ERP. Our ERP is SAP S/4HANA; hence knowledge and experience in it is preferable.
- You must thrive in a multi-cultural environment and be familiar with working in large organizations.
- It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
