First-class customer service and sales support
It will be your most important task to support sales and ensure a high standard of service to Gabriel's customers, primarily in the UK.
Your daily tasks will vary but will primarily be to handle orders and to service, advise and guide customers. Your responsibilities and tasks include:
- Support the UK sales team by handling inquiries and servicing customers with a focus on ensuring a high level of delivery reliability, sales development, prices, etc. via email and phone
- General sales administrative tasks such as registering and following up on customer orders in the ERP system, price agreements etc.
- Ensure the showroom is presentable and always ready to welcome guests
- Welcome visitors, perform small presentations in the showroom, as well as follow up on showroom events
- Ensure timely dispatch of all samples, including registration of sample orders.
- Keeping the CRM system up to date
You will report to the Sales Director, UK and Ireland. Apart from the UK team, you will also have colleagues in the same role as you in various locations around the world. The global Sales Coordinator team supports and covers for each other when needed.

We imagine that you have the following professional background:
- Experience from a similar position in order handling and customer service
- Are fluent in English, both written and oral
- Good IT skills in the MS Office suite and preferably in the use of ERP systems.
- Knowledge of transport logistics and order processing is an advantage
