Join us in this role where you’ll support our mission to create a leading talent platform within the renewable energy sector, ensuring our candidates and hiring managers experience a world-class approach to talent acquisition.
Welcome to Global Talent Acquisition
You’ll be part of the Talent Acquisition team in Europe where you, together with your colleagues, will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with leaders across multiple business units and countries. Leveraging effective stakeholder management skills, you'll consult with leaders to provide best-in-class recruitment service, using sourcing and passive pipeline management techniques, while providing a memorable candidate experience. You’ll help shape, implement, and lead some of the highest priority components of our people strategy: attract, hire, and develop top talent. As a team, we actively partner with our people leadership community to drive positive recruitment processes and create the right environment where all talents can thrive.
You’ll play an important role in:
- leading, empowering, and mentoring a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, promoting teamwork and excellence, and ensuring a collaborative and high-performing environment
- developing an effective talent acquisition strategy incorporating multiple channels to attract and hire outstanding talent quickly and seamlessly
- developing and implementing innovative, inclusive sourcing and assessment processes to broaden the candidate pipeline, engaging a diverse mix of top talent while ensuring a consistently exceptional candidate experience
- optimising company systems for reporting, using data-driven analysis to regularly update Key Performance Indicators, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights and improvements for the business
- working closely with both colleagues within People Culture and the wider business to develop a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
To succeed in the role, you:
- possess full lifecycle recruiting experience, with backgrounds in growing energy, tech, and software sectors
- hold some experience in team leadership, embodying a player-coach mentality to strategically and actively nurture, coach, and improve team dynamics
- demonstrate expertise in crafting and overseeing intricate processes, achieving successful outcomes through strategic leadership
- hold excellent English and possibly also very good German language communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships, influence outcomes, and gain respect as a trusted advisor
- are a self-starter with a keen ability for strategic and critical thinking, questioning existing practices, and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness with minimal direction.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
