Are you interested in developing services which empower People Places and Culture for the LEGO Group?
We’re looking for an experienced developer to help integrate the systems which are used worldwide for recruitment and learning-and-development at the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities
- Engineer products and services that implement business logic, modern design patterns and architectural principles to deliver value
- Engineer products and services that follow the highest coding standards on maintainability, efficiency, and documentation
- Ensure robustness and reliability of products and services, for example by writing and executing unit and integration tests and implementing with observability in mind
- Design, build and/or configure end-to-end applications through good craftsmanship and close collaboration with other product team members
- Engineer products to the highest standards of security, data privacy and operability. You build it, you own it - from planning to implementation, release and maintenance
- Suggest and define future stories to support the Product Owner and collaborate with internal partners to ensure end-user value

Our services facilitate on-boarding and recruitment, talent management and development, as well as providing tools for learning management to help LEGO® employees keep their skills sharp.
Do you have what it takes?
- NodeJS, Typescript and React
- AWS development (especially serverless/Lambda)
- Infrastructure as code with AWS CDK
- Version control with Git
- Databases (both relational and NOSQL)
- CI/CD (Github Actions)
- API design
- Automated testing
- Workday integrations in Studio, Extend, Workday custom reports, Workday EIBs,
- XSLT
- Python
- Databricks (especially notebooks)
- Data pipelines and ETL
Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team.
