Delivery Lead
Role Description
In the role of Delivery Lead, you oversee the delivery of contracted services to clients, ensuring that Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators defined in the relevant Client Agreements and Game Plans are met. You strive to optimize the utilization of Ework’s services, ensuring efficiency and adherence to Client Agreements.
You actively cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, offering day-to-day advice and support, and ensuring high level of client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and feedback. You promote the organization's capabilities to clients, identifying sales opportunities. You manage negotiations for contract extensions, handling both short- and long-term commitments of varying strategic importance.

Responsibilities & Main Tasks
• Collaborating and Coordinating with Delivery teams to ensure successful execution of service delivery.
• Monitoring quality of service delivery and tracking KPIs and SLA to ensure that service delivery aligns with contractual agreements.
• Following-up assignment delivery with buyers, suppliers and consultants during the assignment.
• Developing relationships with buyers. You aim to identify new business opportunities and ensure the optimal utilization of Ework’s services.
• Following up on deviations from the agreed Game Plan and making sure that all involved parties internally are aware of the right process and have the support they need to work in accordance with it.
• Providing input on Game Plan and budget from an operative sales perspective.
• Managing assignment negotiations with buyers and suppliers. Escalation point for Client Coordinator in case the process of completing an Extension deal is not running smoothly.
• Participating in Operational Governance with clients.
Qualifications
• Driving governance process towards client stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Managing stakeholder expectations proactively and communicating complex information clearly.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing frame agreements.
• Contributing to sales strategy development and achieves sales targets for assigned clients.
