We’re looking for a dynamic Partner Support Manager to lead a team responsible for delivering top-tier support to our key partners - including retail and e-commerce companies, platform providers, and ERP systems.
Get an idea of the role
This isn’t just a support role - we’re seeking a strategic leader who will be instrumental in transforming how we interact with our partners, manage issues, and streamline processes for efficiency and excellence. You will also:
- Manage, coach, and develop the support team, fostering a culture of high performance while setting and achieving goals.
- Spearhead initiatives to overhaul and improve our current support processes, driving operational excellence and optimizing workflows with data-driven insights.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Product, Finance) to streamline partner interactions and ensure cohesive support. This includes tight collaboration with the Key Account Management teams to align on partner priorities, anticipate needs, and provide seamless, coordinated solutions.
- Implement and optimize the systems used by the support team to manage errands and tasks efficiently, ensuring tools are leveraged for maximum productivity and streamlined issue resolution.
- Manage and resolve escalated issues, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.

- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a passion for driving change.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, especially in managing external partners.
- An analytical mindset with proficiency in support systems, able to use data to inform decision-making and process improvements.
- Strong change management skills, with a track record of implementing new processes and driving operational change
- Experience in fintech, digital banking, or payment services is a strong advantage.
