The position
The position is newly established, and you will be responsible for further developing and anchoring our project management processes, tools & templates. In addition, you will be responsible for our IT Hub which makes tools & templates available for our organisation, ensuring an aligned way of working across our development and Life Cycle Management projects.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop, operate, and continuously improve our project management processes, tools & templates, in close collaboration with project directors and other key stakeholders in our organisation
- Continuously mature our way of working with project management and ensure anchoring and training of the organisation
- Manage change related to maturing and aligning our project management processes and tools & templates engaging with stakeholders and ensuring their buy-in, and by this successful implementation of new/improved initiatives
Qualifications
We are looking for a strategic minded senior profile who has experience in developing and improving project management processes and tools & templates, who can ensure both implementation of new initiatives and continuously improving our existing processes, tools & templates.
To be successful in this role, we believe you:
- Hold a master’s degree within a relevant field such as science, engineering or business
- Have +5 years of experience with project management, and developing/operating project management processes and tools & templates used for a diverse project portfolio
- Demonstrate excellent change management skills and ability to facilitate a common way of working across a diverse stakeholder landscape
- Possess solid life science/pharmaceutical industry experience and a strong business acumen
- Display proficiency in both spoken and written English
On a personal level, you excel at navigating complex organisations, creating simple and agile processes, and are capable of independently driving an agenda.
You have excellent presentation and communication skills and are capable of structuring material to enable efficient decision-making, while also tailoring the level of communication across stakeholders; this also enables you to build strong internal network through trust and quality work allowing you to impact the direction and address critical questions.
About the department
Development Product Portfolio (DPP) is a new area established to improve Novo Nordisk’s ability to prioritise and develop our pipeline with a keen focus on product potential, manufacturability, scalability, as well as future capacity needs in close collaboration with Global Supply Chain.
You will join the Portfolio & Analysis department within DPP, which is a newly established and growing department with the key purpose to operate and develop our DPP project portfolio as well as project reporting processes, tools & templates.
