Join our team as our new Customer Quality Lead! In this important role you will have the opportunity to own customer complaint management process within the region. You will develop and implement innovative solutions to address customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key tasks of the role:
- Leading the full cycle of the complaint-solving process, from the investigation stage and project creation to regular status updates, ensure cost efficient management and deliver timely conclusion to the corresponding stakeholders.
- Guaranteeing that takeaways from technical and root cause investigations are shared and transformed into actionable improvements to prevent the recurrence of failures.
- Providing proactively trainings and organizing information meetings to optimize an ongoing detailed process.
- Documenting all internal and external communications accurately, ensuring responses to complaints aligns with the communication plan and providing essential support to negotiators to be successful in their roles.
What does it take to become our new team member?
You will have the exceptional opportunity to report to the Customer Quality Manager and collaborate with a truly exciting team and colleagues from all over the world, while enjoying our flexible work model.
- Academic background in business administration, engineering, or chemical areas is appreciated but not required. Technical and/or project management background is a plus.
- Experience in similar positions, preferably within the marine sector. Expertise in the painting and coating industry is a plus.
- Stakeholder management, result oriented and presentation skills. Critical and analytical thinking is cornerstone of this position.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft preferred – Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems is valuable but not required.
- Proficient communication skills in English.
