We are one of the fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms in Europe, and we are now looking for a Global Art Director to lead our visual storytelling, and shape Podimo’s brand expression across multiple markets.

This is the role
As Podimo’s Global Art Director on our Global Brand & Creative Team, you will be a key visual storyteller, shaping our brand expression across markets. Reporting to our Global Creative Director, you will lead the art direction for brand initiatives and global campaigns, ensuring Podimo’s brand remains compelling, consistent, and aligned with our strategic goals. Additionally, you will drive the art direction of top-tier show campaigns, collaborating closely with local focused designers, video creatives and local market teams.
In this role, your main focus will be developing and executing impactful visual concepts that elevate our subscription and label brands across both internal and external channels. As a skilled collaborator, you’ll work closely with global and local teams, including Heads of Marketing, Activation Managers, and other Creatives, providing hands-on execution and creative guidance to ensure high-quality creative outputs.
Your main responsibilities in this role:
Brand Expression:
- Execute and push the development of Podimo’s brand expression and creative assets ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Focus on creating strong, memorable visual creative that strategically align with both subscription and label brands.
Campaign Execution:
- Conceptualize and execute global campaigns that strategically support Podimo’s brand and objectives.
- Develop conceptual art direction that drive promotional efforts for Podimo’s top-tier shows.
Cross-Channel Consistency:
- Ensure that all visual content across channels is cohesive and maintains the integrity of Podimo’s brand.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with local market stakeholders and partners to deeply understand their needs. Use this understanding to adapt visual and creative strategies, leveraging local knowledge of shows and culture.
Art Direction and Visual Feedback:
- Provide detailed feedback to other visual creatives, designers and video editors, guiding them to produce work that align closely with both business and creative strategies.
- Ensure that all creative assets reflect Podimo’s brand vision and maintain a high level of quality across every project.
Mandate:
- Drive visual consistency globally.
- Lead impactful, design-driven initiatives.
- Innovate and push creative boundaries to keep Podimo’s brand fresh and engaging.
This is you
You’re a natural visual storyteller with a strong understanding and command of brand strategy and an eye for impactful, memorable design, and you can demonstrate this with a portfolio that showcases your best work. You excel in collaborative environments, seamlessly partnering with global and local teams to create high-quality, cohesive visuals. Innovation is second nature to you, and you’re passionate about pushing creative boundaries to keep Podimo’s brand fresh, relevant, and engaging. Building strong relationships comes effortlessly, allowing you to deeply understand and integrate local market insights, ensuring Podimo’s visual content resonates across diverse audiences and cultures.
Experience we’re looking for:
- +5 years of experience
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside creatives, video editors and other key stakeholders
- Proven experience in art direction with a strong portfolio showcasing brand campaigns and visual storytelling.
- Expertise in creating cross-channel visual consistency, with a track record of developing memorable, high-quality visual creative.
Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
