Your responsibilities and tasks:
Welcome to Service Analytics team
Our Service Analytics team is responsible for leveraging the data and analytics technologies to provide transparency and uncover hidden opportunities for business growth and efficiency improvements in in the Liquid & Powder Technologies (LPT) Division - Service organization.
Located in Copenhagen area, Denmark, you will be part of a team of experienced data specialists. You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, developing operational service reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs), and to support the implementation of initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Develop and maintain operational service reporting and KPIs related to spare part management, product performance, customer analysis, etc.
- Manage change request and demand process with internal and external stakeholders for new and existing analytics applications
- Support leadership team with developing metrics and analyzing performance and trends to monitor impact and identify areas for improvement
- Train and support users of data tools and systems on a global scale
- Generate comprehensive reports / dashboards and presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
It will be a mix of data analysis/outcome communication and business requirement definition/demand management.
Your profile and qualifications:
Data specialist with excellent communication skills
In this role, collaboration is the key to success, as you will are part of a large and global organization with various data sources and many interdependencies between teams. It is not just about collecting and analyzing data – it is about understanding the business needs, collaborating with IT department to develop a solution together, onboarding colleagues and communicating findings to stakeholders across diverse functions and regions.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Are passionate about understanding a business problem and applying Data & Analytics to try and solve them
- Have >5 years of work experience as business analyst
- Have strong analytical skills with a keen eye for details
- Have experience in setting up and implementing data models in ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
- Have experience with ETL, data visualization and analysis tools such as Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Analysis for Office
- Love (data) storytelling and use visualizations of data to explain facts
- Experience with SAP Fiori and Data Bricks is an advantage
- Experience with Customer service is an advantage
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills and excellent command of English.
