As an Assistant Communications Manager, you’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver compelling content and stories, contributing to TORM’s culture of teamwork, belonging, and success in the global shipping industry.
Your Role: Make an Impact
You will be part of a small but highly effective global team handling all our internal and external corporate communication efforts such as employee news, town halls, PR, issues management, etc. One of your key roles will be to connect with people across the organization, discover great stories from our vessels and offices, and bring those stories to life on internal channels, including our employee app, the One TORM app.
While based in Mumbai, you’ll collaborate closely with our team in Copenhagen, where your ideas will be highly valued. You’ll have the opportunity to handle a broad range of tasks, contributing with content and driving communication efforts which resonate across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Crafting and planning engaging content for internal channels
- Assisting with content production for town halls and internal events
- Crafting Social Media content, especially LinkedIn
- Joining cross-functional projects where communication is key
Your Profile
We’re looking for a communications professional who thrives in a global, collaborative environment and can bring strong communication expertise to the team.
To succeed in this role, you bring
- A Bachelor of Mass Media (BMM) level or equivalent education suitable for the role
- At least three years of experience in corporate communications in an international company, working with internal communication across multiple channels
- Experience with Microsoft 365/SharePoint and CMS tools
- Adobe CC or similar experience is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English is a must in this role, both written and spoken
