What You’ll Be Doing
You will be a part of Group HR Team, reporting to VP Talent Management. You will contribute to our talent success by:
- Defining talent acquisition strategy, how we use tools and equip recruiters to source, assess, and select talents
- Defining and championing Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition
- Defining success metrics and objectives and making sure we navigate based on that
- Building a talent acquisition community to:
- Coach our great talent acquisition teams in markets around the world to recruit and attract according to the strategy and principles
- Provide thought leadership and expertise within TA, sharing best practices across the organization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative approaches into TA efforts
- Driving change to hiring managers
- Ensuring succession plans and talent acquisition synergies are realized.
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, we imagine that you possess:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition area in a similar role from a large global matrix organization, including strategy development and implementation.
- Extensive experience in developing and deploying TA best practices via talent acquisition communities to attract and retain talent in a global organization.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and employee value proposition
- Experience in defining and tracking success metrics and objectives
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using talent acquisition tools and technologies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to drive change and influence hiring managers
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing, assessment, and selection processes.
- Familiarity with external agency support and cost-saving strategies.
- Understanding of succession planning and talent acquisition synergies.
- Strategic-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
