The team
Join our dynamic FX Sales team working on the trading floor in the heart of Copenhagen, where you will advice our business customers on the complexities of the Foreign Exchange market. This role involves analyzing financial flows to identify FX risks, crafting tailored hedging strategies and proactively seeking dialogues with our customers. Alongside, you are expected to continuously contribute to our development by challenging status quo and supporting a culture where we always strive to do better. As you grow with us, you will have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of customers, becoming their trusted advisor in foreign exchange matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Being on top of latest news and developments related to the FX market.
• Gain comprehensive understanding of FX products enabling you to support customers by identifying risks and the possibilities of hedging such.
• Independently create and present customer presentations.
• Internal stakeholder management with Relationship Managers and other specialist advisors.
• Supporting with various tasks of process optimization and data analysis.
• With time, managing your own portfolio of business customers.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Deep interest in financial markets complemented by a robust analytical background (experience is a plus but not a must).
• Comfortable with individually reaching out to customers and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset to drive personal and organizational growth from day one.
• Your ability to think on your feet, make swift decisions, and respond promptly to market changes.
• Positive outlook and ability to understand diverse perspectives.
• Advanced excel skills. Familiarity with data analytics tool (MS SQL, Tableau, SAS etc.) is a plus but not a must.
• Advanced communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Full proficiency in English and Danish (written and spoken) is a must.
