The Academy is designed for your early career after graduating your master studies. The Academy is split into 3 dynamic off-site modules, each designed to get you started in your new role and develop you as a consultant. Regardless of whether you are a recent graduate or bring previous experience, we ensure that everyone starts from the same point with equal opportunities to grow professionally.
