Project Manager within e-Commerce - Tietoevry Create (m/f/d)

About the Role: We are seeking a member to join our Global PIM (Product Information Management) team, collaborating with one of our customers. The PIM team collaborates closely with the customer’s innovation and communication departments to create and maintain product information for all products sold to 40+ markets globally. You will manage standard project management tasks as well as content creation and evaluation. The refined information is stored in a PIM system and rolled out to various markets and channels such as brand sites, Amazon, and other e-Retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for all stakeholders in each product launch or update.
• Handle project scales from very small to large.
• Set up project timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and track progress.
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks by all involved parties.
• Lead meetings and manage stakeholders from diverse geographical locations.
• Provide feedback on content creation, both text and images.
  

Required Skills:

• Several years in similar roles or as a project manager within digital marketing or e-commerce.
• People management skills: Lead project-related meetings with a diverse, global team.
• Attention to detail and creativity
• An ability to multitask
• Preferred Skills: Experience with PIM (Product Information Management) and DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems.

Location: This position is based in both our office and our client's office in Gothenburg. Remote work is possible, but you must be on-site in Gothenburg at least 3 days per week. A key success factor for our delivery is a strong team that supports each other.
