What You'll Do
Your most important priorities are to lead, coach and mentor each of the 11 colleagues in the team, and the full team, to reaching their full potential, and, together, exceed our business ambitions, driving revenue and market share. You'll play a pivotal role in executing on our overall sales strategy, owning the tactics and results.
We're looking for an empathetic leader with a strong technical expertise in ERP/CRM who also has a keen understanding of business dynamics and a track record of successful people and sales leadership. You'll be instrumental in leading digital transformation efforts for our customers, influencing both technical and decision-making processes.

- People Leadership: Recognize that success stems from our people and their collaboration. Cultivate a high-performing team by embracing diversity, fostering growth through development opportunities, setting the example, and embodying values of respect, integrity, and accountability
- Clarity & Direction: Guide the team in translating organizational strategy into actionable steps within their roles. Empower them to connect overarching strategic goals to their daily responsibilities, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
- Coaching: Empower sellers with a "challenger mentality," encouraging them to initiate meaningful engagements early on. Equip them with new insights to drive customer growth effectively.
- Customer Centricity: Lead by example in prioritizing customer relationships. Personally engage at the CxO level to provide support and guidance, aiding teams in uncovering and accelerating opportunities. Collaborate with technical and business leaders to ensure alignment on both business and technical outcomes, delivering exceptional value to customers.
- Partner Engagement: Forge strong partnerships by seamlessly integrating Microsoft solutions with those of our partners. Maximize synergy effects through collaborative co-selling initiatives, enabling us to capitalize on opportunities more efficiently and effectively.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration across various teams involved in customer engagements, including partners, services, Customer Success, and engineering support. By working cohesively, we can deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Pipeline and Sales Management: Drive excellence in pipeline management, guiding sellers to cultivate and maintain robust, accurate pipelines. Take the lead in accelerating our Azure business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND several years of technology-related sales Management OR equivalent experience
- Several (10+) years of experience in solution sales for ERP/CRM solutions or selling software-as-a-service or cloud-based business applications to enterprise customers successfully displacing competitors
- Full proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
