Flexibility and Innovation in DevOps
Our mission is simple: optimize the performance of our systems while streamlining complexity. For this role we are looking a talented DevOps engineer who can contribute to the continues development of our toolbox and ways of working.

You won't just be managing infrastructure in isolation. You'll collaborate closely with our software and algorithm teams, engaging in the full development cycle from conception to deployment. Your role will involve identifying and integrating tools and processes that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and ensure quality from start to finish. You'll oversee and manage the development pipeline, automate critical processes, and witness the impact of your work in real-time as it supports and enhances the efforts of your colleagues. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency across our projects.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Administer and configure Atlassian tools, including setting up Jira workflows, maintaining Jira entities, and ensuring project administration runs smoothly.
  • Generate and manage KPI reports from Jira to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure seamless integration from requirements to task handling, maintaining traceability and compliance.
  • Ensuring tools and development flows are synchronized.

Your qualifications and background

  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Atlassian tools, particularly Jira.
  • Strong skills in e.g. Python for scripting and automation.
  • Experience with the Atlassian REST-API to enhance tool integrations.
  • Solid background in DevOps practices and principles.
  • Proven experience in supporting processes through effective tooling.

You will join a group of 60 highly skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds in computer science, engineering, mathematics, and physics. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, ensuring a seamless transition from design to deployment of our software and algorithms. In the larger Weibel Technology department, you'll find yourself among 160 colleagues. Together, we design and deliver outstanding solutions to our customers. With all our development done in-house, your expertise will be valued across a broad spectrum of technical disciplines, from system engineering to technical design.
