Solution Tech Lead (DK)

Your main responsibility
…is to connect the customer's business and existing systems (ERP or similar) with ours and prepare a resource-realistic plan for the project.

• Lead as the technical expert, assisting customers in defining, scoping, and estimating optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
• Oversee the technical aspects of implementation projects, working closely with developers and consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Actively contributes to the development and implementation process, focusing on custom integration solutions when standard frameworks are not applicable.
• Serve as a mentor and sparring partner to support team members’ technical and professional growth.
• Engage actively in creating a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in ERP, particularly with Dynamics AX, NAV, BC, and F&0
• Experience with SQL Server and debugging with SQL scripting
• Strong background as a C# developer with experience in technical project management.
• Proven track record in customer projects, ideally within the eCommerce or broader software solutions sector.
• Ability to act as a mentor and technical sparring partner, contributing to the team's technical growth.

What we expect you to bring to the table

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a focus on structured project management and consultancy.
• Familiarity with the DynamicWeb platform or similar digital platforms.
• Strong ability to scope, plan, and execute long-term implementation projects, with the organizational skills to track multiple moving parts.
• Excellent communication skills and a diplomatic approach to managing both developers and customers, ensuring clear and constructive collaboration.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and a strong business understanding.
• Background in eCommerce or digital platforms.
  Knowledge of C# development, system integration and the data flows of an ecommerce platform
  Experience working with cross-functional teams and balancing the needs of diverse stakeholders.
