Join a dedicated, strategic team in Coloplast Innovation (R&D)
At Coloplast Innovation, we strategically focus on improving the way we work. Our improvement projects have dedicated resources and are overseen by top management. As we raise our ambitions, we are seeking a new team member to support improvement projects within AI and IT across the EVP area Innovation.

This Improvement Project Management role is centered around the utilization of AI and IT, ensuring that all functions across Innovation – including marketing, market access, product management, and R&D – view AI and IT as enablers for the digitization and transformation of our products and daily operations.

You will join the R&D Strategy Deployment team, which, in addition to improvements, also works with our development processes, engages in scouting activities, and fosters ideation.

We need an experienced change agent with IT project management savviness
Improvement projects typically close the gap between what is and what could be, so you must be a good collaborator and communicator to succeed in the role as our Project Manager of Improvement Projects.

Our next colleague will be the owner of AI tools built specifically for Innovation, i.e., owning, maintaining, and training in those solutions.

Specific Position Expectations
Core responsibilities:
• Act as the liaison officer between Coloplast Innovation EVP unit and DD&IT
• Manage 1-2 improvement projects within data, AI, digitization, and IT
• Contribute to enhancing our processes and practices

• Have interest in AI and novel technologies
• Share your insights and perspectives

Expected Qualifications
Professional expertise:
• Experience as a change manager, (IT) project leader, or educator
• Ideally, hold certifications relevant to driving improvements within large organizations

Academic background:
• A certain level of academic achievement, either at the bachelor’s or master’s level

Language skills:
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential
• Danish language skills are not required, although this position is onsite at Coloplast HQ in Humlebæk, North Sealand, Denmark
