You naturally collaborate constructively with colleagues and stakeholders in R&D and supporting with feedback on different areas of the HSE arena. Our HSE department is dedicated to making a difference for both the environment and workplace safety, while also fostering a positive work atmosphere.

What you’ll bring
You are systematic and detail-oriented and can also keep energy high and create a positive work environment around you.

You are expected to have experience with:

• Accountable for supporting the business areas in R&D with generalist HSE knowledge and participate in leadership meetings in the area
• Accountable for driving HSE initiatives within the business areas as agreed with the leadership in R&D
• Role-modelling HSE representing the entire HSE team within the Lyngby site
• Subject Matter Expert on Risk Management and Incident Management at the Lyngby site
• Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing standards and local procedures within the SME areas
• Responsible for training of the organization within the SME areas
• Responsible for sharing knowledge within the HSE team.

Flexibility and adaptability are essential, and you thrive in a culture where we work hard and can laugh together.

We expect you to have experience from similar positions, preferably more than 10 years, and that your educational background is in Science (Chemistry). In return, we will set up a strong onboarding program to help you settle well into the role.

Fluency in both Danish and English is an advantage.
