Your role and responsibilities
Join ABB Process Industries Business Line Mining, where we offer cutting edge systems, products, and solutions for the Mining segment, including electrification, automation, instrumentation, and digitalization. As we move towards a sustainable economy, we explore new business opportunities in process optimization, energy management, and smart grids. Are you ready to lead our sales team into the future? As Sales Manager, you will be a crucial part of our management team, leading a dynamic group of account managers and sales specialists across Sweden. Your mission is to deliver competitive offerings and bring significant value to our customers. Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project deliveries and maximize the value of our solutions. •Set strategic direction and build a winning sales team. •Continue to develop a salesdriven team focused on solutions and services. •Set targets, develop the pipeline, and surpass budget expectations. •Enhance the ABB brand within the Mining segment. •Lead and mentor sales representatives. •Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions. •Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. •Ensure commercial and risk awareness. •Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications for the role

  • Extensive experience in project sales and strategic negotiations.
  • Strong financial acumen and interest in technology.
  • Experience in mining or process industries preferred.
  • Managerial experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of risk management and contract setup.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
