We are looking for an experienced Nordic Supply Team Lead for our newly created Supply team, who, with leadership experience and an ambitious and passionate mindset, can help set the future agenda for our entire Supply Chain department.
Your key responsibilities:
The Supply team secure a high service level to our 4000 Nordic stores and both coordinate time schedules for the change in the assortment and solve supply issues on the products.
The Supply team is a part of the Supply Chain team, which also takes care of master data and product optimization.
The tasks in the position as a Team Lead are many and varied, and will among other things include:
- Be the personnel manager for our newly created Supply team, consisting of 7 Supply Coordinators and 3 internal Project Planners.
- Being responsible for securing a high service level to Coop in the 4 Nordic countries
- Problem solving on delivery issues in close cooperation with suppliers and internal and external stakeholder
- Run strategic supply chain development projects
- Drive the development within the Supply team regarding tools and reports
- Improve ways of working in cooperation with the Nordic Coop organization
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a personnel manager (this is a requirement)
- Are a team player, have a good business understanding and understands the value of collaboration
- Have experience with project management
- Have a HD or MSc within Supply Chain or Logistic
- Have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for your work
- Have a “one step ahead” and ambitious mindset with a desire to make a difference and challenge the status quo
- Have effective written and spoken communication skills in English (knowledge of Nordic languages is a bonus)
- Are service-minded and attentive to your stakeholders
- Are an experienced user of the Office suite, with a general aptitude for IT systems

Place of work: Currently, our office is in Taastrup – however, we are moving to new office premises at Vesterbro in January 2025.
It is a requirement to be able to meet at the office every week; however, it is still possible to work from home a few days a week.
