Core Responsibilities
The LEGO Group is making substantial investments in Denmark, with two new state-of- the-art campuses at its Billund headquarters and a Hub in Copenhagen.

The Workplace Innovation team is looking for a Ways of Working Manager Specialist to ensure that the transition towards these new workplaces is a smooth and enjoyable experience for our colleagues and that they feel set up for success in their new environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with colleagues and facilitate new and better ways of working across departments.
- Creating and managing communication plans to align project messaging as One LEGO Team
- Gathering insights on workplace needs and challenges to drive actionable initiatives.
- Securing consensus from senior leaders for new initiatives and workplace concepts.
- Serving as the liaison between colleagues and workplace project and operations teams

The Workplace Innovation team is based in the organization’s People, Places and Culture department and drives innovation and engagement across the LEGO Group’s global workplace portfolio, ensuring that we create amazing workplaces that meet the current and future needs of our colleagues and the business.
Do you have what it takes?
This role would be well suited for someone with a background in social sciences, architecture and design, communications, business administration or organizational psychology. An individual, who dreams of understanding and improving ways of working across an incredibly diverse range of LEGO teams, working on everything from the future of play to product design, mechanical engineering, quality assurance and digital technology. In addition, we hope to see the following:
- Experienced in inspiring change management and implementing innovative work practices within large organizations.
- Ability to understand complex and technical work processes and co-create new solutions and ways of working together with colleagues and subject matter experts.
- A strong communicator and facilitator, both online and in-person.
- Adept at creating compelling communication materials, including written updates and engaging presentations.
- Solid project management skills and ability to drive a complex project with multiple partners and interdependencies from end to end.
- A strong relationship-builder and great teammate.
- Brings a playful and creative approach to the way they work and communicate.
