We are looking for you if you have solid experience in recruitment and can challenge senior stakeholders!
Are you our new RPO team member, for our Talent Acquisition and Recruitment team, that supports our client, a leader in the Renewable Energy sector with their recruitment tasks and initiatives?
You will be a part of an enthusiastic and engaged that delivers outstanding results. More importantly, the team cares a lot for each other and makes sure to have fun while working. You will join a diverse and international team of Recruiters and TA specialists and have the opportunity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
You will join a diverse and international team and work closely with recruiters and sources. Still, you can also expect contact with our HR coordinators and other talent attraction specialists spread globally.
This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about recruitment and has a strong understanding of identifying and attracting top talent in challenging areas and can establish positive relationships with stakeholders. A qualified candidate will have the expertise and solutions to secure the best talent in a competitive market.
Role Responsibilities:
- End to end management of the recruitment process (Primarily within blue-collar segment 70% / white-collar segment 30%)
- Acting as a true partner and advisor to the Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners
- Supporting and providing guidance on the creation of job descriptions
- Conducting interviews, assessments and feedback sessions
- Managing candidates recruitment journey and experience
- Sharing local market intelligence and data on local talent pool
- Proactively working with the sourcing team to identify candidates and execute sourcing plans
- Managing the candidate offer negotiation process
- Overseeing the onboarding process with the HR coordinators
- Ensuring timely and correct reporting as well as data accuracy in the ATS
Requirements:
- Fluent Danish & English language skills required
- Experience with recruitment for Blue Collar & White collar positions
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- End-to-end recruiting experience gained in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting across Europe is essential
- Previous experience in recruiting for the engineering sector will be considered as an advantage
- Experience working directly with Hiring Managers
- Proactive attitude with the solution-driven mindset
- The collaborative approach, able to work in a team as well as independently
