Join us in this role where you’ll lead large-scale transformation programs and projects that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safe, compliant power generation across Generation UK West in close cooperation with the commercial teams.

You’ll be part of UK West Hub where you, together with your colleagues, will develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals. Lead large-scale transformation and technical projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve safety. Oversee the identification and implementation of process improvement, opportunities across all business functions. Maintain a competence framework and facilitate early-career strategies and best-practice training, including apprentice management, addressing competency gaps and improving performance.

You’ll play an important role in:
- continuously leading, mentoring, and developing a team of specialists that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common transformational goals
- leading large-scale transformation programs that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safe, compliant power generation
- leading a team of individuals that will deliver UKW projects, utilising the Association of Project Management or similar framework, assessing the projects by programme; cost; and risk
- leading a team who champions and implements continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive a culture of operational excellence including the maintenance, development, and deployment of the Operations Production System
- strengthening organizational capabilities and leadership alignment, e.g., coaching of Offshore senior mgmt. team (in performance mgmt., problem solving, etc.) and setting up according to formats and methods; preparation and facilitation of leadership meetings.
