How to contribute to our vision
In our specialized heavy lifting team we are now looking for a experienced On and Offshore mobilization specialist to support us with setting up some of the worlds larges wind turbines.
Your primary focus will be on dimensions of parts or elements for a technical solution as to the requirements and related to a specific technical field.
The role will include:
- Prepare & plan mobilization and demobilization of travers system within CNS
- Coordination and planning of external suppliers (When scope is external)
- Coordination and planning of internal manpower (In case mobilization is done internally)
- Main “Point of contact” towards project and mobilization team
- Check if existing interfaces can be utilized (In alignment with the equipment department (EQ))
- Participate in travers mobilizations and demobilization
- Coordinate with the EQ-department
- Single point of contact from CNS towards sub supplier / client / vessel owner
- Sign off and approve the overall work on site
- Establish a generic setup
- Gather learnings and include in checklists
- Create standard checklists to ensure full transparency and all aspects are covered
- Create a more standardized travers mobilization setup
- Potential cost out performing mobilizations and demobilizations internally
- A deep dive investigation in what it would require / need, to perform internally
Furthermore you will be working with:
- Planning and on-site support during mob/demobilization
- Review/stakeholder in the design process
- Participate in FAT if relevant
- Planning of required SGRE resources during mob/demobilization in collaboration with the Lifting traverse project manager, CSR, EQ and sub supplier
- Review of sub supplier lift plans
- Ensure and participate successful SAT has been performed
- Contribute to management of sub supplier mob/demobilization documentation
- Ensure LL are collected and support in implementation of corrective actions
- Contribute to development of procedures and standards for traverse design and mobilization
- Contribute to content of INS’s regarding the traverse system
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
We are also looking for candidates with a strong Mechanical / Technician background.
You should have some years of experience in working with Traverse systems either from offshore or onshore projects. If you have experience from the wind industry then his will highly beneficial.
As an individual we are looking for a candidate with an analytical and problem-solving mindset, who is keen on finding solutions to the challenges that occurs throughout the process.
You thrive in working in an international environment and demonstrate the ability to collaborate in teams situated across the globe. Therefore, we expect that you are an excellent communicator who masters the English language verbally as well as written.
As we are working globally we expect thee to be 30% travel time with the role. This will primary be when we have active mobilizations projects where you will have to go on site for support.
