About the Role
Danske Bank’s Office of the CTO is seeking Strategy Consultants to support the development and execution of high-impact projects that align our technology and business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with executive leaders, solve complex problems, and drive strategic initiatives that shape the future of technology at Danske Bank.

As a Strategy Consultant you will be part of Business Management & Implementation in the CTO organisation, where you will get approx. 40 colleagues who are working with business management, performance management, change management, PMO and the like. You will be responsible for providing strategic support to the CTO, Executive Advisor and senior leaders across Tech Innovation & Foundation, working on critical projects that span the bank’s technology organization. You will function as a consultant supporting cross-functional initiatives, develop clear, concise communications to influence decision-making, and deliver insights that support the bank’s transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems by applying a wide range of analytical tools and approaches, providing data-driven insights and recommendations that support executive decision-making.
• Support the CTO Office, Executive Advisor, and leadership team in setting a clear vision, managing competing priorities, and driving initiatives to foster alignment across the technology organization
• Ensure timely execution of key deliveries and maintain alignment on strategic priorities
• Develop structured, end-to-end narratives for executive presentations and reports, ensuring that findings are communicated effectively and drive meaningful impact
• Support to CTO organisation in crafting clear, impactful communications that convey insights, recommendations, and progress updates, influencing decisions at the highest levels of the organization
• Enable data-driven decision-making by presenting insights in a way that is accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate discussions and executive briefings to keep stakeholders informed, address potential roadblocks, and maintain momentum on critical projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who takes ownership, are proactive, realiable and ambitious. To be successful as a strategy consultant in Tech Innovation & Foundation you should have 5-7+ years of experience with strategy consulting, management consulting, or similar role within a corporate or technology-driven environment, ideally with experience in supporting executive-level stakeholders.

You possess a strong analytical and methodological toolbox with the proven ability to establish structure and communicate complex matters. We are looking for candidates with strong consulting skills, including experience in developing frameworks and delivering recommendations that drive strategic impact.

This role requires outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas clearly to senior leaders through presentations and executive briefings while building trust and foster alignment.
