About this opportunity
Welcome to Personal Banking (PeB) Data Privacy Risk Management (DPRM), where provide support for data privacy risk management as part of Personal Banking COO.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operationalise data privacy requirements in Personal Banking
- Develop comprehensive and thorough risk assessments and analyses of current data privacy solutions and their sufficiency for Personal Banking, as well as develop roadmaps for future improvement opportunities
- Provide risk advisory support to PeB Divisions and Legal Entities for data privacy risks
- Support PeB Divisions and Legal Entities in implementing processes and controls to mitigate data privacy risks
- Identify and develop recommendations to mitigate data privacy risks brought about by changes in technology, business operations, and regulations
- Be responsible for drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Instructions relating to various data privacy areas
- Be responsible for daily operational tasks and stakeholder management for various data privacy areas
- Collaborate with other functions within the organization, including Compliance, Technology, and Information Security
The rolecan be based in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, or Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
- Deep knowledge of data privacy rules and regulations at both the EU and national level
- Experience in the data privacy area, especially related to the operational aspects of data privacy
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with an ability to effectively create influence with your interactions
- Well-developed co-operation skills and a desire to contribute to great team performance
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply them to risk assessments and processes
- A degree in business, finance, or law
