At our HQ in Hedehusene, you become part of the Master Data Management team. Here you will be met by 20 tight-knit colleagues, responsible for managing and improving master data processes and ensuring high-quality data governance across DSV.

Establish clarity in our master data management
As Group Process Owner, you will play a key role in ensuring that our organisation recognises the importance of managing master data. Your typical day will include creating and maintaining documentation that establishes clear rules and processes. Just as you will monitor data quality across systems and datasets, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
You will also manage stakeholder relationships across DSV, actively sharing best practices and promoting effective use of master data throughout the organisation.
In short, your key tasks will be to:
- Develop and maintain documentation standards and processes
- Monitor data quality and implement corrective actions for discrepancies
- Conduct training sessions for stakeholders to promote data governance
- Engage with global stakeholders to communicate the importance of master data
- Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion
Stakeholder-focused data quality champion
You possess a strong attention to detail and are highly organised. You can think through processes step-by-step and excel at analysing trends, identifying discrepancies, and implementing effective data quality measures.
It is also important that you know how to manage relationships with stakeholders across different cultures and know how to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Moreover, we imagine that you have:
- A background in data management and experience with process improvement methodologies
- Experience from a similar role – perhaps you even have a consultancy background
- Experience with global rollouts and project management
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement and root cause analysis
- Strong communication skills in English
