What will you do?
As a division, serving a wide range of industries with a comprehensive selection of innovative solutions, we have a substantial web estate that requires ongoing maintenance and optimization. Your initial tasks will include conducting a comprehensive keyword analysis and implementation and optimizing on-page elements such as meta descriptions, alt tags, and headers across all our pages. You will also ensure compliance with emerging regulations affecting web content and make necessary changes accordingly.
As these foundational tasks are established, your role will evolve to include more performance marketing responsibilities. You will leverage SEM to identify high-converting keywords and continuously optimize both organic and paid web performance. You find the ever-changing algorithm exciting and tackle challenges head-on, whether it’s updating thousands of photo alt-texts or using GenAI to create compelling video ads. Your responsibilities are:
- Continuously optimize web copies and landing pages for search engines.
- Improve and keep track of the ranking of chosen keywords in SEMrush.
- Remove, redirect, or improve low-performing landing pages.
- Maintain the site, ensuring information is accurate and compliant with regulations.
- Manage search engine marketing campaigns, including search, display, and native ads.
- Keep track of the latest search engine updates, analyze impacts, and provide recommendations.
- A big project will be an entire web optimization initiative across the whole company.
Who are you?
Are you a proactive and curious digital marketer with a passion for optimizing web and ad performances? Do you enjoy working with websites and are eager to develop your SEO and SEM skills? - Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush preferred).
- Proficient in CMS (Optimizely preferred).
- Proficient in web analytics tools.
- Experience in Google Search Console is a plus.
- Experienced in Google and Bing Ads.
- Motivated and excited about achieving goals and KPIs.
- Fluent in English.
Experience is key, in terms of education we will prioritize relevant work experience with SEO/SEM versus education. You're a results-driven professional with a keen eye for detail, excelling in routine tasks. Your strong acumen, quick learning ability, and agility help you adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.
At Alfa Laval, we embrace a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home when it aligns with your tasks. This position is based at our Copenhagen office in Søborg, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 15 - 25 days per year, mostly to other Alfa Laval sites in Nordic cities.
