We are looking for a Senior Management Partner to support the Head of Personal Banking DK (PeB DK) and Country Senior Executive for Denmark (CSE DK), Mads Skovlund Pedersen. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Personal Banking business in Denmark which has the overall responsibility of approx. 1.3m personal customers and +2,000 employees. As the Management Partner, you play a valuable role in supporting the Head of PeB DK with coordinating and driving various initiatives to deliver on the financial and strategic targets.

About this opportunity
You will be part of the Management Office for Personal Banking, Business Banking and Wealth Management DK consisting of 12 highly qualified and motivated team members, responsible for supporting the senior management team in Personal Banking, Business Banking and Wealth Management in Denmark.
What you’ll be doing:
The responsibilities of the role evolve around being a trusted sparring partner to the Head of PeB DK, as well as the Deputy and the rest of the management team ensuring high quality in reporting, presentation and meeting material, as well as driving deliveries, projects and initiatives and proactively following up on actions when needed.

- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to comprehend and interpret a wide range of information to form recommendations – and in addition have a flair for numbers
- Have a proactive, execution-oriented and can-do- attitude, while at the same time being service-minded and structured
- Are a strong and independent communicator
- Possess a genuine interest in personal financial services and a good understanding of banking terminology & concepts
- Are a true team player valuing collaboration with a positive mindset and great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Your experience and background:
- Master's degree in e.g. business, economics or finance from a university or business school
- Min. 3 years of experience within management consulting, business development, strategy or a management partner role
- Professional proficiency in English and Danish
- Superuser in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Danish
